MAKE SURE AND QUICK SERVICE OF GUEST'S ORDER
PROCEDURE
Order the Food and Drink
- Check the guest's order which had been taken by the waiter/waitress
- Ensure that the service procedure is right
- After writing an order ensure that the original has been sent to the kitchen
- For special request / items, refer to the chef to see if it is possible to prepare the items
- If the food preparation take longer, inform the guest to wait around 15 to 20 minutes
Checking After Ordered
- Double check the table and the guest's order after 10 minutes
- Ensure that the kitchen staff has started the order has been given
- Inform the chef to prepare the food as soon as possible with the guest is in a rush
- Staff who in charge at the station has to check with the captain order
- Set up the cutlery according to the items what the guest ordered
- Clear the cutlery not necessary to keep on the side station
- Set up the condiment if needed
