HOW TO TAKING FOOD AND BEVERAGE ORDER

PROCEDURE

Fill in Captain Order
  • For special request or items, refer to chef whether possible or not to prepare and also the price to charges.
  • If the items can be offered, write down the name of the food order
  • Ensure that write down the position and table number is correctly
  • Pass the order to the runner
Record Number of Cover
  • Write down the number of cover clearly in the food order
  • Keep the record for our daily F&B Report
Record Table Number
  • Write the number clearly on the order to avoid wrong posting in the system POS
  • To inform cashier about the price of charging
  • The table number should be showed on the order for cashier to prepare the check
Record The Name
  • Each staff should have a special signature or number
  • Write down the guest's name on the reservation book or communication
Order Takers
  • Ensure that to re-check the order make sure that the food or drink are write down number of items for cashier and kitchen staff to prepare the food or drink
Record Time
  • Ensure that the time is writing down on the captain's order
