HOW TO GREET THE GUEST
PROCEDURE
Greet Guest
- Smile, make eye contract and greet guest warmly
- Greet guest by Your Culture Style by saying Good Morning Mr/Mrs..
- Obtain the number in the party and enquire if they have make a booking or not
- If they don't have a reservation with us hostess asking room number to make sure that in house or out side guest
Arrange Table
- When a table is ready, lead the guest to the table
- Assist them by pull out the chair slowly
- Unfold the napkin put on the guest lap
- The hostess before leaving the table wishes them to enjoy their meal
Suggest a First Drink
- Ask guest for any aperitif
- Suggestive selling for our special promotion drink
- If they don't like it try to get involve
- Ask the guest for different kinds of drink some thing like wine or Champagne then take order from the guest and make sure drink are correct write down that the guest ordered
- Pass the order to the bus boy or Food Runner
Farewell the Guest
- Pull chair out for guests as they ready to leave
- Thank guest with Your Culture Style by Saying Thank you so much or Thank you for coming " hope to see you again sir/madam" or Have a nice day.
- Keep Smiling and eye contact
