PROCEDURE
Handling VIP Guest
- Escort the VIP guest by Manager / Assistant Manager
- Greet the VIP guest by your culture
- Address the guest by name [if know]
- Smile, make eye contact and make polite conversation [if he/she is a regular, ask if they would like their special food or drink order [for their breakfast picnic for ext morning] before, during or after the meal.
- Take food or drink order and assign an understanding staff member to handle it
- Check all food and drinks before they are served
- Approach the VIP if he/she has finished a course, ask whether they liked it or not
- Check with guest by saying excuse me Sir/Madam is it every thing fine for you?
- Briefing all staff during the daily briefing if we know the VIP in advance
- Brief the staff about room number/name or any special request
