 HANDLING TABLE SERVICE

PROCEDURE

Follow up on guest satisfaction

  • Check with guest his/her meal before clearing and empty plate out by saying Mr/Mrs...... did you enjoy your starter / soup / main course? or did you enjoy your meal?
  • Respond professionally?
  • Ensure that the guest is satisfied during they spent their time with us
Service dessert, coffee, tea, hot beverage, or after dinner drink
  • Ask if guest would like to have dessert, tea, coffee or Digestive Drink
  • Make the suggestion to the guest about digestive drinks
  • Take the order ensure that the drink are correct and right what the guest ordered
  • When coffee is served, place the cup from the right hand side of guest
  • Serve dessert with proper accompaniment and mise-en-place
  • Offer to refill tea or coffee [when applicable]
  • Ensure that all guest are satisfied with their meals after they leave the restaurant
