PROCEDURE
Follow up on guest satisfaction
- Check with guest his/her meal before clearing and empty plate out by saying Mr/Mrs...... did you enjoy your starter / soup / main course? or did you enjoy your meal?
- Respond professionally?
- Ensure that the guest is satisfied during they spent their time with us
Service dessert, coffee, tea, hot beverage, or after dinner drink
- Ask if guest would like to have dessert, tea, coffee or Digestive Drink
- Make the suggestion to the guest about digestive drinks
- Take the order ensure that the drink are correct and right what the guest ordered
- When coffee is served, place the cup from the right hand side of guest
- Serve dessert with proper accompaniment and mise-en-place
- Offer to refill tea or coffee [when applicable]
- Ensure that all guest are satisfied with their meals after they leave the restaurant
