CHECK DAILY STATION ASSIGNMENT
PROCEDURE 

Understand staff arrangement
  • By own standard section plan, before starting work
  • Allocate orders for waiter and waitress
  • Assist the waiters or waitress to take orders
  • Assist the staff how to make conversation to the guest
  • Check the guest's satisfaction during their meals or after meals
  • Check the staff to ensure that they follow the standard restaurant
  • Assign 1 staff to be a hostess or host who are fluently with English Language
