F&BSOP03 Check Station Responsibility of Server ( Waiter / Waitress )

 CHECK Station RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVER / WAITER  AND WAITRESS

PROCEDURE

Arrange the Section Assignment

  • Check the duty roster
  • Write down the name on the section plan arrangement sheet
  • Announce who will work in which section
  • Assign the staff who will do food Runner and Beverage Runner
  • Assign one staff for hostess ensure that can speak English and know the hotel standards
  • Assign one staff to make coffee / tea / ice water and set up wine baskets
  • Prepare the bread / butter / condiments etc...
