Arrange the Section Assignment
- Check the duty roster
- Write down the name on the section plan arrangement sheet
- Announce who will work in which section
- Assign the staff who will do food Runner and Beverage Runner
- Assign one staff for hostess ensure that can speak English and know the hotel standards
- Assign one staff to make coffee / tea / ice water and set up wine baskets
- Prepare the bread / butter / condiments etc...
