F&BSOP04 Attend Outlet Briefing

 ATTEND OUTLET BRIEFING

PROCEDURE

Staff Daily Briefing

  • Brief staff on daily basic for any special instruction e.g VIP Guests, Special menu (Promotion, Scheduling section, yesterday sales etc,)
  • Assemble before operation both Morning and Afternoon for 10 to 15 minutes 
Monthly Meeting
  • Attend monthly schedule meeting
  • Set Schedule of training will be conducted
On the Job Training
  • Identify areas / needs for training
  • Set a schedule when training will be conducted
  • Appoint a trainer to conduct training
  • Ensure that the objective of training is met with measurable standard
Review Last F&B Meeting minute
  • Review previous F&B meeting
  • Task action on issues required
  • Report properly to the meeting
  • Update the F&B director on action taken on issue of previous minute
  • Give reasonable explanation if action not completed
  • Record minute of the On-going meeting
  • Inform the restaurant manager of meeting minute upon return
