Preparing salt & pepper mills or shakers	Collect the mills or shakers Make sure that: They are not wet Sufficient ready for set up They are clean Unscrew or open the cap Empty the mills or shakers Wipe them with a dry cloth Refill them Screw or close cap on tight and secure Test the grinding or shaking  Return the mills or shakers back to the table
