▪ Policy Statement
All guests will be greeted at the entrance with Khmer traditional way “Sampeah” within 20 second of the arrival, using a warm manner, eye contact and smiling to welcome. Guest is seated only at a fully laid table.
▪ Procedure
Check Reservation
When there are bookings in a reservation book, ask the guests if they have a reservation.
Also ask them for their name.
“Do you have any reservation with us sir/madam?”
“May I know your reservation name is?”
Confirm the reservation back to the guests with number in the party and seating arrangement.
“Please wait a moment! Let me check your name in the reservation book.”
"Excuse me, sir/madam! I would like to confirm your reservation again. Your reservation is for four people under the name Mr. David. "Is that correct?"
If guest doesn’t have reservation with us, it’s important to ask some questions as below:
"How many people are there in your party?"
"Would you like to sit in smoking area or non-smoking area?"
