HOW TO MAKE COFFEE AND TEA
PROCEDURE
- Prepare ice tea
- Take a high ball glass, check for cleanliness before use
- Put some ice into the glass with an ice tong
- Fill with chilled tea
- For lemon tea, put one slice of lemon on and serve with lime juice in a milk jug
- Served with straw, stirrer and syrup in milk jug
- Prepare hot tea
- Serve with tea cup and tea cup saucer
- Prepare pot filled with tea bag and hot water
- Pour tea in front of guest into tea cup and serve to guest from the right hand side
- Prepare regular coffee
- Prepare regular coffee at the coffee station or in bar
- Serve coffee to guest in cups with tea spoon, white sugar, brown sugar, equal and milk from the right hand side
- Prepare cappuccino
- Extract an espresso short with steam milk at the same time
- Add milk foam to the coffee cup 2 time, sprinkle chocolate powder on top of foam
- Place the cup over a saucer with tea spoon
- Prepare espresso
- Brew each cup of espresso from coffee machine individually, place the demitasse cup with a demitasse saucer and demitasse spoon
- Prepare ice coffee
- Take a high ball glass, and check for cleanliness before use
- Put some ice into the glass
- Fill it with fresh coffee
- Serve with straw, stirrer, syrup, milk in a milk jug
