CLEAR TABLE AFTER MEALS
PROCEDURE
- Collect from table
- Place dirty equipment collected from tables to tray on sideboard, do not stack too high
- Put the dirty equipment towards the middle of the tray, roll sailed linen together, and do not overload the tray so as to prevent accident
- Dirty cutleries place on the side of the round tray and glassed put in the middle not to much
- Soiled plate clear by hand and stack it by the same type
- Bring straight to the side station or to the clearing point at the pantry immediately
- Make sure that when you carry the tray always focus on the way do not spill anything out from the tray
- After cleared the plate / glassed / cutleries from the table need to crumb the table then remove the salt pepper shakers and centerpiece put on the side station then go to bring a new table cloth for reset up
- Make sure everything are competed set up double check before you walk out from the table
